Venetia is currently finishing off two new photo projects that we’re getting quite excited about here. The first is Mulberry’s 40th Anniversary Book, for which she has been shooting for over a year now. The book contains hundreds of Venetia’s photographs, comprising portraits and documentary images in both colour and black & white, that together amount to a year in the life of Mulberry the brand, taking in the seasonal climax of the fashion shows as well as the more day to day rhythms of work in and around the Somerset factory. The second, more personal, project chronicles the adventures of a group of friends on their journey to the Burning Man festival from Los Angeles. Intimate and impressionistic, the work marks a further development in Venetia’s approach as a photographer of people and landscapes.
