I was born in Lyon, France, in the autumn of 1985. Growing up there meant frequent trips to the Alps, often to Chamonix, and it is from hiking all the trails in the valley that my love of the mountains was born. Ironically though, it was not until I moved to (very) flat Scandinavia that, pushed by a friend, I took up climbing. I have since then traveled and climbed in four continents and in most major world ranges, but the list of places I need to visit and routes I need to climb keeps growing. As I keep discovering, if you look at it in the right way, the world is a giant playground.
