In 2004 she published ‘Installations and Self-Portraits‘ that contains ghostly images of herself amidst ruins – the cover image of herself suspended like a lightning bolt slicing down diagonally towards a landscape with a single imposing tree is wonderful.

Artist statement:

“Influences–It’s a funny story–
I started taking pictures of myself at age 14-15, I didn’t start looking at other photographers’ work until I was in college–so I would say my heroes are Cy Twombly, Isadora Duncan and Annie Oakley, I love the work of Ann Hamilton, Bill Voila and Francesca Woodman”
